Webs of Power by Darlene Quinn

I received "Webs of Power" from a Texas publicist and took it to the beach to read over a long weekend. I really thoroughly enjoyed this book. It reads like a great chic flick!

I loved the way the author really worked on having each main character in the book be at the precipice of a major decision in her life. It truly kept the suspense going throughout the book.

What is also interesting in this book is the backdrop of the corporate world and corporate takeovers. It's also an insider's view on the retail environment as Ms. Quinn worked in that arena so knows it well.

I highly recommend this book.
